is founder and clinical director of Howard County Chiropractic Spine & Sports Rehabilitation, L.L.C. located in Columbia, Md. Dr. Antico received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from The National College of Chiropractic and holds post-graduate certifications as a Chiropractic Sports Physician (American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians), a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength & conditioning Association) and a Back to Basics Golf Instructor (Back to Basics Golf Academy).
Dr. Antico is extremely active throughout the community serving on the Columbia Association Medical Advisory Board and supporting clubs such as the Howard County Striders. He routinely speaks throughout the county at local businesses and gyms. He is also adjunct faculty/approved presenter for the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Dr. Veronica Antico, D.C.
Dr. Veronica Anticojoined Howard County Chiropractic in 2006 after enjoying a three year maternity leave. Prior to having children Dr. Antico was an associate doctor for three years. She graduated from The National College of Chiropractic with degrees including a Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology.
Dr. Antico’s interest in exercise and nutrition as well as her real life experience as a mother of two, compliments the “Active Lifestyle” promoted by Howard County Chiropractic.

Dr. Steven Elek is the newest member of the Howard County Chiropractic Team. He graduated Syracuse University in 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and continued his education at New York Chiropractic College where he graduated with his doctorate in Chiropractic in December 2013. Steven possesses a high level of skill in a wide array of treatment techniques. He is certified in several techniques including Kinesio Taping and Active Release Technique as well as Graston Technique and Whole Foods Nutrition.
Prior to becoming a Chiropractor Stephen was part of the Jarrettsville volunteer fire department for 6 years and Crew Chief Trainer for the Syracuse University Ambulance during his undergraduate years. In his spare time he enjoys kayaking, fishing and most things outdoors.
